Metasys Technologies is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to join our on-site team in Waukesha, WI. This 12+ month contract covers multiple locations within a 40–50 mile radius, with typical hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and duties including mail, print services, and site support.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 12 months of related experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license for local travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 12 months of related work experience.
• Post-high-school education is encouraged and preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver mail between buildings and locations.
• Perform print jobs, document production, and related site services.
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
• Replace toner and place service calls when equipment requires service.
• Understand instructions and communicate requirements to site resources.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate troubleshooting.
• Support job scheduling using knowledge of account services.
• Perform repetitive tasks per procedures with quality and productivity.
• Maintain positive working relationships and work in a team.
• Adapt to changing situations with motivation and urgency.
• Submit monthly expenses with proper coding.
• May report to alternate site; travel between locations as needed.
