Metasys Technologies in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Mailroom Associate for a 4+ month contract, onsite at our location. The role involves handling mail, packages, copying, scanning, and related office services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating copy/scan equipment, processing mail, performing shipping/receiving duties, and maintaining logs and billing. Prior mailroom or copy services experience is preferred; strong customer service and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Prior mailroom, warehouse, retail, or copy services experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and email.

Responsabilités

• Operate high-volume copy machines, scanners, and mail processing equipment.
• Process, sort, distribute, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, packages, and office supplies.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Maintain reports, inventories, and service records.
• Respond to customer service calls and answer questions regarding job status or feasibility.
