Job summary

Metasys Technologies in Middleton, WI is seeking a Mailroom Associate to support high-volume copying, scanning, mail processing, and shipping activities onsite. The role includes operating office equipment, maintaining records, and assisting with general clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position is 3+ months with possibility of permanent hire, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, and requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs and travel between buildings if needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-volume copy machines and related finishing tasks.
• Operate high-volume document scanners and image handling software.
• Handle mailing, shipping and receiving duties, postages, and supplies.
• Distribute mail and faxes to appropriate personnel; maintain logs and records.
• Assist with filing, archiving, and basic office support tasks.
• Deliver completed jobs to customer locations as needed; may travel between buildings.
