Metasys Technologies is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator for our Chicago, IL onsite location. You will deliver world-class service to employees and guests, manage visitor passes, answer calls, and coordinate events and workplace services.

The role focuses on greeting visitors, handling inquiries, coordinating supplies, onboarding support, and ensuring a smooth, secure workplace experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to follow basic procedures and routines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors.
• Greet and assist employees and guests in a friendly manner.
• Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols.
• Answer phones professionally and support on-site events and activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and facilities for workplace services and maintenance.
