Job summary

NetEffects is seeking a dependable support associate in Wisconsin to join a team delivering mail, performing print duties, answering phones, and scheduling service calls across multiple sites.

This role requires driving a personal vehicle between locations, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). The schedule is 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for temp-to-hire.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience.
• Must have valid, violation-free driver’s license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to cover accounts between 40-50 miles
• Could be required to move locations in one day should the business require it.
• Requires intermediate skill level on most common software applications including file folder management and navigating to network production folders.
• Must maintain and accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner following proper coding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver toner and mail between sites.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries.
• Change toner in machines and place service calls.
• Support multiple client sites and drive between locations.
• Work at various addresses; driving a personal car; MVR required.
• Dress code is business casual.
