Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks an Area Coach to lead 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring each RGM meets goals and delivers strong operations. You will recruit, coach, and develop restaurant leaders, monitor performance, and drive improvements across your area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-unit management, proven results in customer satisfaction and financial performance, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.

Responsibilities

• People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the “4 Rights” with regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
• Take action without being told and maintain high activity levels.
• Understand customer perception through visits and VOC/CORE analysis.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs to ensure success.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with coworkers, employees and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of your area and identify trends.
