Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership and direct supervision of four to ten Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring each RGM meets operating plans and delivers strong results. This role requires strategic oversight, people leadership, and a hands-on approach to drive performance.

You'll recruit, coach, and develop RGMs and store managers, analyze financial trends, address customer issues promptly, and roll out new programs across locations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing managerial staff.
• Proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction and strong financial performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between stores daily.

Responsibilities

• Find, hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the “4 Rights” and provide regular 1:1 feedback.
• Take action without being told and maintain a high level of activity.
• Analyze customer perceptions through store visits and VOC/Core data.
• Lead product and program rollouts to ensure success.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with coworkers, employees and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of the area and identify trends.
