Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks an Area Coach to lead 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring each Restaurant General Manager meets operating plans. You will recruit, coach, and develop RGMs, drive program rollouts, and maintain strong customer relations while analyzing financial trends.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multi-unit management, strong communication, team-building, and the ability to travel between stores daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing managerial staff.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high customer satisfaction and financial results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team-building capability.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Proficient PC literacy.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between stores daily.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hire RGMs, AGMs, and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and conduct 1:1 feedback.
• Monitor area performance with VOC and CORE analysis.
• Lead product and program rollouts across restaurants.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining relations.
• Travel between stores daily to supervise operations.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with staff, customers, and peers.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends.
