Job summary

The Area Coach at Taco Bell Corp. provides leadership for 5–10 restaurants, guiding Restaurant General Managers to meet operating plans and maintain brand standards. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and developing store leaders to deliver consistent customer experiences.

You will coach RGMs on the 4 Rights, monitor guest satisfaction, margin, and employee engagement, and help implement new products and initiatives while traveling to stores as needed.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics and product specifications.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Must travel to designated stores and work with management team regularly.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Support RGMs and develop managerial talent across the area.
• Coach RGMs to achieve guest service, margins, and employee satisfaction goals.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs to ensure success.
• Analyze the financial performance of your area and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Ensure consistent customer experience across all Taco Bell restaurants in the region.
