Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to provide strategic leadership across a cluster of restaurants. You will coach Restaurant General Managers and their teams to achieve targets in guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability while maintaining food safety standards.

The role emphasizes building managerial capability, coaching for results, and ensuring consistent customer experiences. Travel to multiple stores is required to support operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong preference for internal promote from RGM/MTM position.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Technically proficient in all aspects of food preparation, production and delivery.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop RGMs and store management teams across 5–10 Taco Bell restaurants.
• Coach RGMs to achieve guest satisfaction, margin improvement and employee engagement.
• Drive CHAMPS, product rollout, and adherence to food safety and brand standards.
• Analyze area performance and coach on sales growth and profitability using key metrics.
• Oversee travel to designated stores and support operating excellence.
