Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop 5-10 restaurants, ensuring performance targets are met and standards are upheld. You will coach RGMs and AGMs, drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and food safety while modeling the company’s values and operating principles.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, staff development, and frequent travel to designated stores to mentor teams, address opportunities, and implement new programs.

Qualifications

• Associate or Undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Build Management Capability: Hire, orient, and coach RGMs, AGMs, and Shift Managers.
• Support RGMs to achieve guest satisfaction and CHAMPS performance.
• Coach on P&L through financial reviews and sales initiatives.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management and teams to improve operations.
