Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership and direct supervision of multiple restaurants, focusing on coaching RGMs, achieving performance targets, and maintaining food safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes building a strong leadership bench, driving guest satisfaction, and improving financial performance across the region. Occasional hands-on coaching may be required to train new managers.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics and procedures.
• Willingness to travel to designated stores on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Build management capability by coaching RGMs and developing leadership.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and positive guest experience.
• Coach P&L discipline and drive sales and profitability in area.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs and store managers.
• Recruit, orient and motivate store leadership; role model excellence.
