Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. Area Coach is responsible for leading and supervising approximately 5-10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that RGMs meet operating plans and deliver consistent results.

The role focuses on coaching RGMs daily, building a strong leadership bench, and ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and high team engagement while enforcing food safety and brand standards across the region. Regular travel to stores is required to model best practices and accelerate performance

Qualifications

• Associates or undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics and management systems.
• Must travel to designated stores and work with management team on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Coach RGMs to build management capability and develop leadership.
• Drive customer satisfaction and financial performance across restaurants.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, product specs and brand standards.
• Allocate resources and mentor managerial staff to improve performance.
