Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Area Coach to lead multiple restaurants, developing strong leaders and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive operational excellence, profitability, and team engagement while upholding food safety and brand standards. You will recruit and develop leadership, build bench strength, and promote accountability across restaurants, partnering with RGMs to ensure consistent service and food quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and training programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and retain high-performing Restaurant General Managers and leaders.
• Develop talent through coaching and structured development plans.
• Build bench strength and prepare future leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and engagement.
• Drive guest experience and brand standards through leadershiprole modeling.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Audit restaurants with RGMs to align service standards.
• Ensure food safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor SWS and coach teams to meet targets.
