Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to oversee 5-10 restaurants, supporting RGMs and ensuring top performance in guest satisfaction, margins, and staff engagement. You will coach, hire, and develop managers, lead product rollouts, and monitor food safety and facility standards across the area.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, field leadership, and travel to designated stores to work with a management team on a regular basis.

Competenze

• Strong preference for internal promote from RGM/MTM position.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Technically proficient in all aspects of food preparation, production and delivery.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in coaching and developing managers.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Must travel to designated stores and work with management team regularly.

• Build Management Capability: lead, hire, onboard and train RGMs, AGMs and shift managers.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and develop a strong management bench.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and CHAMPS execution in restaurants.
• Collaborate on product and program rollouts with RGMs to drive success.
• Analyze area financial performance and coach on sales growth and profitability.
• Provide regular feedback to managers and track performance metrics.
