Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to oversee a cluster of restaurants, providing leadership to Restaurant General Managers and their teams. The role emphasizes coaching, performance targets, and adherence to food safety standards to ensure consistent customer experiences.

The AC will travel to designated stores, shape staffing, and roll out company initiatives, aiming to maximize sales and profitability while sustaining high customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Technically proficient in all aspects of food preparation, production and delivery. Displays detailed knowledge of all key food handling/food safety procedures.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support for RGMs and AGMs on a day-to-day basis to achieve performance targets.
• Build management capability and develop a bench of restaurant leaders.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights in their restaurants and implement new products and initiatives.
