Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations in Kansas. You will drive sales, profits, guest experience, and operational excellence while mentoring leadership teams. Candidates should have 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership (QSR preferred), be 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and demonstrate strong P&L skills, team building, and a track record of traveling between sites.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
