Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple Minnesota locations. You will drive sales, profits, guest satisfaction, and brand standards while executing company initiatives with consistency.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership (QSR preferred), strong P&L and financial acumen, excellent team-building skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Strong business and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
