Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales, manage costs, and uphold guest experience standards while traveling between sites.

You must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and bring 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in hospitality. Expect a demanding schedule with travel and strong opportunities for career growth within a growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers.
