Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to develop Restaurant General Managers and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations.

You will drive sales, control costs, and ensure top guest experiences while traveling between sites. A strong background in multi-unit restaurant leadership and P&L savvy is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
• Execute company initiatives across all locations.
