Job summary

Staab Management is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple Pizza Hut locations in the Midwest. You will drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership and financial acumen, with travel between sites and a focus on building future leaders within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Strong business and financial acumen with P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L, manage labor, inventory and costs.
• Travel between locations to support teams and operations.
