Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring an Area Coach to lead and develop General Managers across multiple locations. You’ll drive sales, profitability, labor and inventory, while upholding guest experience and food quality standards.

The role involves traveling between sites, coaching leaders, and implementing company initiatives to grow operations and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with P&L exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
