Job summary

Staab Management's Midwest Pizza Hut franchise is seeking an Area Coach to coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food quality and operations standards.

You will travel between locations, analyze P&L, manage labor and costs, and implement company initiatives. Must have 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in QSR and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales, profit, and guest satisfaction.
• Analytical with strong business and financial acumen (P&L).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
