Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to coach and develop Restaurant General Managers, build strong teams, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.

You will analyze P&L, manage labor and costs, execute company initiatives across all locations, and travel as needed to support multiple sites. Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and multi-unit leadership experience in QSR.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.
