Job summary

Staab Management is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple Pizza Hut locations. You will drive sales, ensure food quality and guest satisfaction, and implement company initiatives while monitoring financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, travel readiness, and the ability to manage several busy sites with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
