Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Area Business Development Manager to lead sales growth across a multi-branch territory. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and partner with branch operations to deliver tailored workforce solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in outside sales, with knowledge of light industrial sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience; staffing or service industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive.
• Knowledge of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive branch sales efforts across your territory to support profitable, sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that generate new business through outside and inside sales.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with local branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and shared success.
• Generate and manage your own leads, guiding them through the entire sales cycle.
