Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Area Business Development Manager to lead sales growth across a multi-branch territory, identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships. You will connect new clients with our team to deliver workforce solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of outside sales experience, excellent communication, and knowledge of light industrial sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills, confident, clear, and persuasive.
• Knowledge of light industrial sectors (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics) is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships.
• Adaptable, strategic, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive branch sales efforts to grow profitable, sustainable revenue.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business through outside and inside sales.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships and tailor staffing solutions to needs.
• Collaborate with branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and shared success.
• Generate and manage your own leads and guide them through the sales cycle.
