ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to collaborate with top architectural firms in the country, advising on door openings through Openings Studio BIM software. You will build and maintain relationships with architects and design teams, guiding specification-driven sales from early design through project completion.

The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

2-3 years industry-related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive specification-led sales growth by developing and managing relationships with architects, designers and other decision makers.
Generate sales opportunities by positioning door, hardware, and access control solutions early in the design phase.
Manage a pipeline of specification-driven opportunities from design to installation.
Deliver technical guidance to enable design teams to specify ASSA ABLOY solutions with confidence.
Lead CEU programs to increase product awareness and open new opportunities.
Collaborate with distribution partners and internal teams to convert specifications to orders.
