Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative in Houston to advise design professionals on door openings, specify products, and promote the Openings Studio BIM tool. You will build strategic relationships with architectural firms and drive code-compliant specifications.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in architectural representation, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Degree or commensurate experience in architectural representation and specification writing.
• 2–3 years’ industry experience in architectural representation or design-build environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; knowledge of Openings Studio BIM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide specification support and services to leading architectural firms.
• Promote Openings Studio BIM tool and present project proposals for value-added professional services.
• Develop and secure approvals for division 08 door and hardware specifications.
