Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to drive specification of door openings with top architectural firms in the Houston area. You will educate design teams on ASSA ABLOY solutions and BIM tools, coordinate with writers on division 08 specs, and promote adoption of Openings Studio BIM.

You will partner with a dedicated team to win specifications, manage multiple projects, and ensure accurate product information is included in bid submittals.

Qualifications

• Background in architectural product sales or design-build awareness.
• Experience with architectural specifications and BIM tools is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with architectural firms and specifiers.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers.
• Identify opportunities to prepare door and hardware specifications.
• Provide product information for commercial project specifications and bid processes.
• Deliver continuing education on new products and services including BIM tools.
• Travel within an assigned territory and support architectural projects.
