Carlisle is seeking an Architectural Sales Rep to drive demand for building envelope solutions among architects, engineers and consultants in the Raleigh area. You will collaborate with Technical Sales to secure projects, establishing value during design and bidding stages.

The ideal candidate has building science or construction background, strong communication, and the ability to advance specified sales across new construction and restoration projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years related industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and CRM software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Persuade design/architectural community on the value propositions for Carlisle Company solutions.
• Ownership of the ‘spec-to-ship’ process, interfacing with architectural and consulting community to drive specified sales.
• Grow commercial, institutional and multi-family sales to deliver year-over-year growth.
• Actively engage in prospecting for new opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Manage relationships across Architect, Engineer, Consultant and Owner to ensure value proposition is understood.
