Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive specification influence and sales growth across architects, consultants, owners, and contractors. The role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory and a strong consultative selling approach.

The position is fully remote with opportunities to attend industry events and grow with a performance‑driven team. You will collaborate with Sales Support, Technical Services, Product Management, and regional leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum five years of experience in construction, manufacturing, technical sales, or building envelope systems.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Experience delivering AIA‑related education or CE presentations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with architects, owners, contractors, and distributors to influence specifications.
Travel within the territory to promote Carlisle SynTec Systems and identify opportunities.
Plan and deliver AIA‑aligned presentations, lunch & learns, and training sessions.
Provide technical data, code guidance, and application recommendations.
Prepare pricing requests, submittals, and technical documentation for projects.
Track opportunities and territory performance using CRM and reporting tools.
