Job summary

Florida Tile Inc. is seeking an innovative sales professional to promote and specify Florida Tile / Panaria Group products to architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and dealers in the assigned territory.

The role emphasizes proactive relationship-building, product knowledge, and ongoing customer support. Travel within the territory is required to sustain market growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Three years of direct sales experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Frequent travel within territory with valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Target, call on, and develop relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain a trade client base via meetings, phone, and internet communications.
• Identify new opportunities and sales channels.
• Present and educate on products through CEUs and demonstrations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales budgets to achieve annual goals.
• Set up product displays and coordinate with marketing on new introductions.
• Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform strategy.
