Job summary

Florida Tile, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth by promoting Florida Tile products to contractors, builders, dealers, architects, and other industry professionals.

The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and serving as a trusted business consultant within the assigned territory. The position supports merchandising, technical product knowledge, market trend monitoring, and helping customers achieve sales

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects, designers, and other target customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to support annual revenue objectives.
• Set up, maintain, and update product displays as needed.
• Launch new products and company programs within the territory.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and strategies and relay insights to leadership.
• Identify, qualify, and establish new customer accounts.
• Address and resolve product-related concerns per guidelines.
• Utilize SAP systems knowledge.
• Coordinate with branch management on inventory.
