Florida Tile, Inc. seeks a results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell tile products to contractors, builders, dealers, architects, and designers. You will assist clients with selection, facilitate sales, and manage customer orders while expanding the branch’s market presence.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, providing technical product knowledge, and contributing to showroom merchandising. A background in interior design and customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of three years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn systems (e.g., SAP).
• Ability to achieve company goals with minimal supervision.
• Experience in yearly business planning and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Target, call on, and develop relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects, and designers.
• Develop and maintain trade client base via meetings, phone, and online channels.
• Identify new opportunities and sales channels proactively.
• Promote showroom as a selection center for A&D trade and events.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales budgets to achieve annual goals.
• Handle showroom merchandising and product displays for new introductions.
• Cultivate and manage customer relationships to drive growth.
