Job summary

Florida Tile is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by promoting products to contractors, builders, dealers, architects, designers and other professionals. You will build relationships, meet monthly sales goals, manage product displays, launch programs, monitor market trends, and travel frequently within the territory to expand revenue and market share.

This role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to analyze market conditions to identify growth

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze market conditions, forecast sales trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience developing and executing annual business plans.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects, designers, and other target customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to support annual revenue objectives.
• Set up, maintain, and update product displays as needed.
• Successfully launch new products and company programs within the territory.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and strategies, and communicate market insights to branch leadership.
• Identify, prospect, qualify, and establish new customer accounts.
• Address and resolve product-related concerns in accordance with company guidelines.
• Utilize and maintain working knowledge of SAP systems.
• Coordinate with branch management to ensure adequate product sample inventory.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
