Job summary

Florida Tile, Inc. is seeking a proactive sales professional to promote and specify Tile products to architects, designers, contractors, builders, and dealers in the Chicago area.

You will assist with tile selection, generate sales, and serve as a go-to resource for customer needs, while managing product displays and new introductions. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of direct sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Three years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Frequent travel within territory and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Target, call on, and develop relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain a trade client base via in-house meetings and remote communications.
• Proactively identify new opportunities and sales channels.
• Maintain architectural libraries and update samples as new products arrive.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales budgets to achieve annual goals.
