Job summary

Florida Tile, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales by promoting and specifying our products to contractors, builders, dealers, architects, designers, and other professionals within the assigned territory.

The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and serving as a trusted business consultant. The position involves sales development, merchandising management, and providing technical product knowledge while monitoring market trends to support growth across

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.
Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP/SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects, designers, and other target customers.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to support annual revenue objectives.
Set up, maintain, and update product displays as needed.
Launch new products and company programs within the territory.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and strategies, and communicate market insights to branch leadership.
Identify, prospect, qualify, and establish new customer accounts.
Address and resolve product-related concerns in accordance with company guidelines.
Coordinate with branch management to ensure adequate product sample inventory.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
