Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture, operations management, or resource management.
• Experience with developing work plans and assigning staff to execute work.
• Strong scheduling, resourcing, and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Discretion handling confidential personnel, budget, and client information.

Responsibilities

• Track staffing and utilization and maintain the department's resource-allocation system.
• Lead staffing efforts with Sector Managers and Program Managers.
• Coordinate staffing needs with other departments and units.
• Forecast staffing needs based on pipeline and workload.
• Identify resource gaps and advise leadership.
• Prepare recurring operational reports for leadership and VP/Director.
• Maintain staff records including location, salary, role, and credentials.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire start with HR and IT.
• Organize monthly department meetings.
