You will manage documentation, review RFIs and submittals, and coordinate with the development and architectural production teams to keep projects on time and within budget.

This role emphasizes site visits, coordination, and ensuring delivery aligns with plans and specs, supporting a successful, high-quality construction process.

Responsibilities

• Monitors construction schedules and milestone dates.
• Organize and attend OAC Team meetings with site visits to ensure delivered product aligns with plans and specs and identify areas for improvement.
