Job summary

JPI in Dallas is seeking a Lead, Trades Planning to support the Director of Trades Planning. This role involves coordinating change management workflows and facilitating essential Preconstruction meetings, ensuring all aspects of scope definition and documentation are meticulously handled.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, a strong educational background in construction management, and proficiency with industry tools like Procore and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction planning, estimating coordination, or project management required.
• Strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own daily coordination of inflight scope management for all Trades scopes.
• Facilitate core Preconstruction meetings and ensure clear outputs.
• Manage change order workflows, ensuring complete documentation.
