Job summary

LPA, Inc. is seeking a Project Architect to join our Dallas studio. You will lead project documentation, coordinate with designers and engineers, and oversee construction administration across all project phases.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, 10+ years of experience, an active Texas license, and proficiency in Revit. We offer a collaborative culture, professional growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor and/or Master degree in Architecture.
Active architecture license in Texas.
10+ years of experience across all phases of architectural projects.
Proficiency in Revit and other design tools.
Deep understanding of building codes and detailing.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and execute project documentation and contract administration across all phases of assigned projects.
Direct the technical delivery of projects from concept through construction with a multidisciplinary team.
Collaborate with Project Designer and Project Manager to realize design visions with clarity.
Oversee design documentation through schematic to construction documents.
Conduct quality control reviews and ensure appropriate products and methods.
Lead construction administration to ensure design intent on site.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.
Mentor junior staff through knowledge-sharing and training.
