Job summary

JPI has an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Construction Administration Manager to join our Central Design team in Dallas, TX. You will manage documentation, review RFIs and submittals, and coordinate with the development and architectural production teams to keep projects on time and within budget.

This role emphasizes site visits, coordination, and ensuring delivery aligns with plans and specs, supporting a successful, high-quality construction process.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors construction schedules and milestone dates.
  • Organize and attend OAC Team meetings with site visits to ensure delivered product aligns with plans and specs and identify areas for improvement.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our construction projects by managing documentation, reviewing and answering RFIs, submittals, and communication with the development and architectural production team. Your expertise will ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
