• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architectural engineering.
• Technical/associate degree with 5 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships.
• Manage RFI and submittals with the design team to ensure timely responses.
• Record meeting notes and forward OAC notes to Project Managers and Practice Area Leaders.
• Review O&Ms and prepare comment sheets.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings or huddles.
• Attend onsite huddles to resolve coordination issue conflicts.
• Attend manufacturer equipment startups as needed.
• Respond to emails and answer phone calls promptly.
• Post and remove DBR job advertise signs with approval.
• Keep calendar updated with admin tasks.
• Maintain workload spreadsheet and report quarterly or as requested.
• Pursue in-house seminars and continuing education opportunities.
