Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative support experience in AEC industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the specifications team to prepare, coordinate, and maintain project specifications.
• Set up and attend project kick-off meetings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, PMs and consultants to keep specs accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage specification revisions, version control, and document distribution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes and regulations.
• Support and manage QA reports.
• Maintain specification templates, libraries, data sheets, and best practices.
• Assist in resolving technical queries related to specifications during design and execution phases.
