JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to join our Central Development team in Dallas, TX. The Senior Interior Designer will own the design process and production of interior design documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design; advancement toward professional registration preferred.
• 5-7 years’ experience on design teams for multifamily, mixed-use or hospitality projects.
• NCIDQ/RID certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design vision and concept development for multifamily projects with direction from the Director of ID.
• Translate concepts into fully realized design solutions aligned with goals, budgets, and branding.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee drafting support teams to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with construction administration and third-party interior design firms.
• Assist in AI-driven drafting and documentation processes.
