Longboard is seeking a hunter-type Business Development Manager to expand presence in IL, IN, OH, MI, and KY. Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 with an uncapped quarterly bonus, plus 401(k) matching and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll develop brand presence, cultivate relationships with architects and specifiers, and drive long-term sales growth across North America. The role requires travel within the territory and strong collaboration with peers to achieve company-wide success while

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in sales related to building products.
• Must be based in the Chicago market.
• Overnight travel within the territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the brand in the designated market territory.
• Identify and articulate unique value propositions for local customers.
• Engage architects, designers, contractors, and developers to build relationships.
• Manage and forecast the sales pipeline, budgets, and targets.
• Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
