• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of sales/marketing experience.
• Experience in building material industry preferred.

• Willingness to travel 50% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Establishes productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Coordinates involvement of support and management resources to meet objectives.
• Meets targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Leads account planning with mutual objectives and milestones.
• Assesses customer needs and develops growth plans for designers, architects, builders.
• Promotes CR products in showrooms and assigns displays to customers.
• Leads solution development to address customer needs.
