Construction Resources in Miami, FL seeks an experienced A & D Representative to expand relationships with designers, architects and builders, driving profitable sales and market penetration for CR products.

You will build strategic account plans, coordinate company resources, travel regionally up to 50% and lead initiatives that align with branch goals while delivering exceptional service and value to key customers.

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
• Leads a joint company account planning process with mutual objectives and milestones
• Assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
• Develops a sales action plan to service high growth accounts and generate leads
• Participates in local professional organizations aligned with CR tactics
• Creates and executes plans to introduce CR products in showrooms and designated accounts
• Leads solution development addressing customer needs with various company resources
