Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking an A&D Representative to maintain and expand relationships with designers, architects, builders, and other customers. The role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability across the assigned territory while leading account planning and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop strategies, coordinate internal resources, and drive growth by expanding CR penetration and showroom presence with CR products and Pompeii displays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or proven track record in sales/marketing (10+ years).
• Knowledge of building materials industry preferred.
• Ability to analyze competitors and develop strategies to win.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with a hunter sales mindset.
• Willingness to travel 50% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Establishes productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Coordinates involvement of company resources to meet objectives.
• Meets targets for profitable sales and strategic goals.
• Leads a joint account planning process with annual milestones.
• Assesses and clarifies customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Develops action plans to service high-potential accounts and grow designer/architect/builder segments.
• Participates with local professional organizations related to CR's tactics.
• Implements plans to introduce CR products and expand Pompeii brand penetration.
• Leads solution development addressing customer needs with cross-functional teams.
